Terms and Conditions

  1. Open to UK residents age 18 years or over, excluding employees and their families of A.G. Barr, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. No purchase necessary.
  2. One entry per household.
  3. Entry is only via this website.
  4. Closing date will be 22 September 2008. Winners will be notified via their email address by 23 September 2008.
  5. Although all reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, if a winner fails to respond to their winner notification within 28 days the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
  6. There are 2 prizes. Each prize package will be up to the value of £1000. The prize package will include booking of 2 nights accommodation at a B and B or seaside hotel of the winners choice, in the winners seaside town of choice. Also during the stay we will hire a beach hut which can be used for the duration of the stay. Once a location is selected we will endeavour to source a beach hut at that location if available or as close as possible to the location. At the beach hut, a cool box filled with free Barr's Originals product will be also be provided.
  7. The winners can request their booking for any time period up to the end of September 2009. The only condition on this will be the availability of the accommodation and the hire of the beach hut.
  8. There are no cash alternatives to this prize in whole or in part.
  9. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all correct entries received by the closing date.
  10. Winners' names and counties will be publicised on www.barrsorginals.co.uk after this closing date.
  11. For publicity the winners may be photographed and these pictures may be displayed on the brand website.
  12. A.G.Barr accept no responsibility for any entries lost, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
  13. These terms and conditions can be printed from the website for retention for future reference.
